Since 1978, thousands of farmers, local food advocates and individuals just like you have grown this organization from the grassroots up, trailblazing a movement to support more resilient family farms, communities and ecosystems across California.
We believe that true power lies in numbers. By joining, you magnify the voice of our alliance when we negotiate policy, broaden our collective wisdom when we share best practices and ensure we remain genuinely connected to those on the ground, in the field and throughout our local communities, all working to build a better food system. |
IS MEMBERSHIP JUST FOR FARMERS?
NO!
"Eating is an agricultural act," as Wendel Berry once said.
That's why teachers join our organization. And chefs. Students too. And grocery stores, farmers market regulars, soil scientists, ecologists and lawyers. If you eat, join today!
