To celebrate our summer's bounty as well as the inspiring support we received from our community over the past month, we're throwing a Pizza Party! Join us at the Sebastopol Barlow along with FEED Sonoma for a farm-loving evening of food, games and music. We invite you to bring a drink or dish, as local farmers from the Guild compete in a topping contest, with pizzas cooked up in mobile cob oven and judged by an esteemed panel of chefs, local food advocates and super Guild volunteers. RULES FOR THE PIZZA CONTEST

1. Must belong to a Farmers Guild (or attend one regularly)
2. We provide dough, oil, pepper, and salt; all other toppings must be grown by you or a farm and/or ranch with which you are directly involved (preference given to those working towards a livelihood in agriculture) 3. Attendance is NOT mandatory to compete; submit entry in advance and arrange for delivery of toppings w/ instructions 4. Collaborations encouraged: for example, a farm may partner with a neighboring ranch, food artisan, chef, etc. 5. Bring promotional materials! CSA brochures, cow-share applications, information about your farm, etc. |
